All women's pajamas and sleepwear purchased from Qurevani are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

Defective buttons, zippers, elastic bands, or closures under normal use
Fabric defects that affect the appearance or functionality of the garment
Production-related defects in prints, lace, or decorative details
Items received with manufacturing damage

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing
Shrinkage, fading, or color transfer resulting from incorrect garment care
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage
Unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications

3. Warranty Claims

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period.

After reviewing your claim, Qurevani may, at its discretion:

5. Processing Time

Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days after all required information has been received.

If a replacement, refund, or store credit is approved, further instructions will be provided via email.

6. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and applies only to products purchased directly from Qurevani. The warranty does not extend beyond the remedies expressly stated in this policy.
